Case Studies: Therapy for Chronic Illness, Chronic Pain and Long-Term Health Conditions

Reading about other people's experiences can make it easier to imagine what therapy might be like. These anonymised client stories (presented as case studies) show how clients living with chronic illness, chronic pain, anxiety and other long-term health conditions have worked with me to overcome challenges, develop practical coping strategies and improve their quality of life.

Every person's experience is unique, so these examples are intended to illustrate how therapy works rather than predict outcomes. Identifying details have been changed to protect confidentiality.
